Take one or two capsules of MELLODYN 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed two capsules at once or four capsules within any 24-hour period.
MELLODYN can be taken every night or occasionally "as needed". If necessary, you can safely take MELLODYN every night for weeks or months.
When taken as directed, MELLODYN is not addictive or habit-forming.
